About the Author:
In 1984 Eddie Cave, a leading karate practitioner and professional boxer, became interested in kickboxing as the new dynamic modern martial art and full contact sport. By 1987 the South African Kickboxing Association with Eddie Cave as its president was officially recognized by the government. Today Shihan (High Master) Eddie continues to promote and develop amateur and professional kickboxing throughout South Africa. This is his first book.
