About the Author

Adrian Gostick is director of marketing and corporate communication with the O.C. Tanner Recognition Company, the world's premier employee recognition provider. An award-winning writer and former journalist, his articles on recognition have been published in Incentive magazine, Human Capital Strategies and News, Workspan, Canadian HR Reporter, and others. Adrian holds a master's degree in strategic communication and leadership from Seton Hall University and is on the National Advisory Board of Human Capital Strategies and News magazine.

One of the recognition industry's foremost authorities, Chester Elton is national director of performance sales with the O.C. Tanner Recognition Company.
