Synopsis
935 A.D.: The North is in turmoil. Harald Fairhair, Norway's greatest king, has died, leaving the High Seat of the realm to his bloodthirsty son Erik Bloodaxe. To save their lands, Erik's enemies unite under the banner of Harald's youngest son, Hakon, who is being raised in Engla-lond. Hakon returns to the North to depose his brutal sibling and claim his birthright, only to discover that victory will mean sacrificing all he holds most dear.
