Peter Bruce's work in tertiary education and training and development exposes him to many different people and workplaces. He is fascinated by the fact that while most people are basically good, they often become tortured by their workplaces. At the same time, he has also seen how much better workplaces can be when infused with positive values. Peter has faith in the inherent nobility of people; he has faith that more of our businesses will become great places to work. He is sure the ideas in this book will work for your business and wants to hear about your success.

Peter lives in Whangarei, New Zealand, and writes whenever he can get his son Sam off the computer.
