Review

"Crandall's finely detailed and scrupulous account of the policymaking process over the last decade on such a significant foreign policy issue helps fill a major gap in the scholarly literature.... [His] judicious treatment nicely conveys just how personalized US Colombia policy has been." - Michael Shifter, Perspectives on Politics "This excellent case study of US foreign policy is highly recommended at all levels." - Choice"
