FRANK GAREY, upon graduating from the University of Richmond, joined the Central Intelligence Agency in Washington, D.C. As a Photographic Intelligence Unit Supervisor, he assisted in interpreting U-2 photos showing Soviet missiles in place in Cuba, just 90 miles from our shores. Photos were taken to President Kennedy as evidence and proof that nuclear weapons were in place and a direct threat to the United States. Later, he entered commercial banking and earned a graduate degree from the Stonier School of Banking at Rutgers University.
