This book invites you on a journey of personal discovery that will change the way you look at your spiritual self. Author Rodney Jay Vessels talks about the spiritual "awakening" we must all experience before the Bridegroom comes. "Although the wise virgins had oil to trim their lamps," says the author, "they first had to awaken from their slumber and get their lamps ready." At its core, The Zeezrom Syndrome reflects on the lives of several Book of Mormon characters, beginning first with the lawyer Zeezrom and including the sons of Mosiah, Abish, Corianton, Alma the Younger, and others. The author illustrates what these people were like before their awakening, what they did to begin their awakening, and what they were like afterward. Gain a deeper understanding of how the power of God can work miracles in our lives when we accept the Lord’s invitation to "awake, and arise, and come forth, and not tarry" (D&C 117:2).
