About the Author:

Glenn A. Acomb, FASLA, has been teaching foundational courses in landscape architecture construction with an emphasis on sustainability at the University of Florida since 1996. He also teaches the LARE Preparation Course for the Florida Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects. Mr. Acomb earned a bachelor of landscape architecture degree from Louisiana State University and a master of landscape architecture degree from Harvard University's Graduate School of Design.
