Layton Talbert (PhD, Bob Jones University) is a professor of theology at the Bob Jones University Seminary. He is also the author of Not by Chance, a study of God's loving providence in every area of the believer's life. Dr. Talbert lives in Greenville, SC, with his wife, Esther, and their five children. He enjoys outdoor pastimes such as birding, hunting, and fishing.
