Linda Larsen is the Busy Cooks Guide at About.com. She experienced her first taste of authentic Tex-Mex food as a child and fell in love with the flavor immediately. A devotee of Southwestern cuisine, she's perfected techniques and collected recipes from Texas to New Mexico, Arizona to California, and back again.
