In spite of an obvious and widespread enthusiasm for Spirituality throughout the modern world, even the few researchers and critics who are cordial to investigating spirituality feel that there is little hard evidence to support the effectiveness of spirituality. But Bahram R. Shahmardaan, a scholar, writer and a Spiritual guide in his book Spirituality Defined! Spirituality Explained! proves that one can attain Spirituality and live a happy and contented life. He explains step by step in very simple language how one can reach one s goal of life becoming spiritually one with the Divine. No matter what religion you belong to and what is your belief system you can reach God. Bahram explains this in chapter two of this book. This journey is based on our thought process and we have to control our thoughts to be spiritual.

Bahram R. Shahmardaan was born into a Zoroastrian family and grew up in the multi-religious-cultural-ethnic-racial city of Bombay, India, while India was still a British colony. For his high school education, Bahram was enrolled in a catholic school in which 90% of his fellow students were Muslims. He used the unusual opportunity provided by the rich human experience available to him both in school as well as the Indian society at large, to determine whether there is a purpose to life and if so, the principles one can live by to realize it. With the help of many religious teachers and eventually a Spiritual Master in the person of Dr. Dinshah K. Mehta, Bahram sifted through the seemingly conflicting values and customs of the various religions of India, which include but are not limited to Zoroastrianism, Hinduism, Judaism, Buddhism, Jainism, Christianity, Islam, Sikhism, the Baha i faith and a host of other denominations.Review:
