Dr. Richard J. Gehman earned a B.A. in Anthropology from Wheaton College; an M.A. in New Testament from Wheaton Graduate School; an M.Div. from Gordon Divinity School; and in 1985 a Doctor of Missiology from Fuller Theological Seminary. He taught at Scott Theological College, Kenya and was principal for eight years, 1975-1983. He was the Coordinator of the Theological Advisory Group, a research and renewal group of the Africa Inland Church. Dr. Gehman is married to Florence A. Hilbert. In 2002 they retired in the United States.
