This book is a valuable resource for the many pastors and church leaders who are seeking to shepherd the flock or flocks that God has entrusted into their care. Perhaps the answers to the questions Morrison answers in this book could be used as a starting point for pastors to discuss the issues involved when they meet at their conferences, seminars, and denominational gatherings.

Phil Morrison is a former pastor and has been a missionary in Kenya since 1992 with Africa Inland Mission. He taught at Moffat Bible College for 10 years where he lectured in homiletics and courses in the area of church growth and development. He became convinced of the need to train pastors to equip their elders and church leaders to do the work of the ministry especially in the multi-church setting. Out of this concern he wrote The Multi-Church Pastor which has been printed in English, French, and Swahili. He serves as the director of the Multi-Church Pastor Institute which is dedicated to training pastors and church leaders who are serving in a multi-church context. He has spoken in a number of pastors' conferences and Bible Colleges in various countries in Africa.
