The Moby Pincher book series was given awards by the Louisiana State Department of Education and the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education. --Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education
The illustrations, created by Daniel Myers, a 9 year-old former student of the author are quite impressive. The pictures are brightly colored and energetic, sure to please. And if that is not enough, there are pages (in the Hurricane book and the New Orleans book)where Moby teaches kids to draw there own crawfish and alligator. --Acadiana Parent Magazine
