Michael Francis Pennock is a highly regarded teacher and writer. He is the author of Catholic Social Teaching: Learning and Living Justice, Your Life in Christ and many other popular school texts and trade books. During that same time, Pennock has taught high school theology at St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland Ohio. He has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Loyola University, Chicago; a Master of Arts in religious education from St. John's College, Cleveland, and a Ph.D. in secondary education from the University of Akron.
