The Sea Glass Ornament is set in a small southern town in the grasslands of coastal Georgia. It is the story of a young woman facing loss early in her marriage. The tidal grasses covering the southern coast of Georgia merge with her memories of the midcoast beauty of Round Pond, Maine. Ollie finds comfort and love from her southern friends and neighbors and begins to find herself, in the search for a new beginning. It is by no accident that this journey of discovery takes place over the course of the holiday season, as the sea glass ornament sparkles and shines on.
