About the Author:

Ken McCoy was born and raised in the hills of West Virginia. After working up through the ranks of the coal industry, Ken retired in 2010 as the Vice President of Operations and part-owner of a company he helped to build. He has been an active church member and Sunday school teacher for over forty years. He currently conducts leadership training and is involved in missions work in Nicaragua. Ken and his wife, Peggy, have two sons. They have been happily married for almost forty years and reside in Johnson City, Tennessee.
