About the Author

Joseph M. Kizza, is currently a professor of computer science at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, received a PhD in computer science from the University of Nebraska ? Lincoln. He is a member of ACM and an internationally renowned speaker on social computing and information security and assurance.

Florence M. Kizza, is currently an assistant editor of The Greentree Gazette Magazine in West Palm, Florida, double majored in information studies and communication at Florida State University. She also holds a master?s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
