The doggie pals she has had in her life include a German Shepard, an Airedale, a Cockapoo, and Miniature Schnauzer. She lives in New York City.
LENA TABORI is publisher of Welcome Books. She has conceived and edited numerous titles, including The Little Big Book for Moms and The Little Big Book for Grandmothers. She has had dogs all her life, usually big, one-of-a-kind mongrels; her current canine cohort is Maggie, an eight-pound Silkie.
