About the Author:

He was raised in Hanover Massa chusetts where he graduated from Hanover High School, in 1976. Lettered in 3 different sports and went on to Norwich University, Northfield, Vt where he graduated in 1980 with a Bachelors degree in Biology. He excelled in three sports in college and was named Kodak All-American in football in 1979.After Norwich he signed a free agent contract with the NY Jets in 1980. From there he was cut by Jets, Picked up by Eagles, Cut by eagles picked up by Jets. He finally landed a starting position in 1984 and played until a broken neck ended his career. Upon retirement he dabbled in a few small businesses without a lot of success. He obtained his stock brokers license, became a financial planner but was forced to retire due to cancer in 2001. After an almost two year struggle he was finally cancer free. He started working as a mortgage broker and high school football coach. In 2005 he was stricken with Guillien-Barre' syndrome, an autoimmune condition that left him paralyzed from the waist down for several months. It was during his lengthy rehabilitation periods that he come up with the ideas for his writings.
