Cheryl A. Niespodziani, MBA, is the statewide director of process improvement for Centura Health at Home in Denver, CO. She has worked in healthcare for more than 20 years. She has led facilities through successful Joint Commission surveys and was the lead person for validation and other unannounced survey visits.
Beth A. Hepola, RN, BSN, MBA, is director of regulatory readiness for Centura Health in Englewood, CO.
