About the Author

Anthony J. Bocchino has consulted regarding trial, deposition, fact investigation, negotiation and motion practice training for both NITA public programs and for many in-house clients. From 1994-1999 he served as the fifth Director of NITA. He is a member of the Temple University Beasley School of Law where he was named the Feinberg Professor of Litigation in 1997 and teaches evidence, civil procedure, criminal law and trial and litigation skills. He also maintains an Of-Counsel relationship with Haines & Associates where his practice concerns the litigation and trial of Plaintiff's catastrophic injury and economic tort cases. David A. Sonenshein is the I. Herman Stern Professor of Law at Temple University. He has also been a faculty member at George Washington University National Law Center, DePaul University College of Law, and Boston University School of Law, teaching civil procedure, criminal procedure, evidence, professional responsibility, trial advocacy, and complex civil litigation.
