Stop, Just Stop Making Excuses is a collection of thoughts on dieting, exercise and a personal journey of fitness rehabilitation written by someone who has been down, pretty low, and eventually made it back up. This book was written because personal success brought a lot of questions from people who were trying to find their way through a maze of diet and exercise crappola and wanted to know if something magical had happened for me. The answer is no—nothing magical, just a lot of hard work. There are many women (and men) going through the same depressing and frustrating cycle of dieting ups and downs, all facing the same issues on this same journey. In this book, I try to address many of these issues through personal reflections and observations, sometime in a serious way but also with humor, sarcasm and a little bit of cynicism (simply because I couldn’t help myself.).
