About the Author

Bob Bertucci is the head women's volleyball coach at Lehigh University. He has also served in the same position at Temple University, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, the University of Tennessee, and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Bertucci has authored more than a half dozen books and has been featured on 11 well-received instructional videos/DVDs on volleyball.

Toshiaki Yoshida is the head volleyball coach at Ageo Medics and former USA Women's national head coach. He is the author of the book Inside out of Passing, and has authored or co-authored several books published in Japan.

Makoto Kattsumoto is a professor at the University of Ibaraki in Japan, where he has also served as the head men's and women's volleyball coach since 1991. He is author/co-author of two books published in Japan: Technique and Coaching in Volleyball and The Science of Physical Activity.

Yasumi Nakanishi is an associate professor and the head women's volleyball coach at University of Tsukuba in Japan. He is a co-author of Technique and Coaching in Volleyball, published in Japan.
