Jessica Furie is a graduate of the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in clinical psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology. She specializes in conducting therapy with children, adolescents, and families. Furie currently runs the Inclusion Program at Wilshire Boulevard Temple Camps, and has previously served as the CIT director. Furie has presented at the West Coast Summit for Foundation of Jewish Camps.
Eric Nicastro is an experiential educator who ran the Religious High School program and youth group programs at Larchmont Temple in New York for seven years. He has also spent 10 summers working at URJ Eisner Camp in various roles. Nicastro has recently completed a three-year stint as assistant director at Wilshire Boulevard Temple Camps and the Director of Teen Programs at Wilshire Boulevard Temple. Nicastro is now the Director of Youth and Experiential Education for the Bureau of Jewish Education of Orange County.
Rachel Saslove is a graduate of the Baltimore Hebrew Institute at Towson University, where she earned a Master of Arts in Jewish Education and a Master of Arts in Jewish Communal Service. Saslove has had over a decade of professional experience as an informal Jewish educator, working with adolescents in camp, school, and youth group settings. She worked as a member of the leadership team at Gindling Hilltop Camp and Camp Hess Kramer, and ran the CIT program at URJ Camp George for many summers. In addition, Saslove has worked as a program associate for Hillel of Greater Toronto, and as an educator on the March of the Living. Saslove is currently the assistant director at Camp Mountain Chai, in San Diego, California.
