WILL BAGGETT graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science in 2012, and received a Master's Degree in Sport Management from Baylor University in 2014. While attending Baylor, Will founded the inaugural Sport Management Association to help fellow students secure opportunities in athletic administration. Baggett was named the 2013-14 Outstanding Graduate of the program. In addition, he served as a Graduate Assistant for the American Football Coaches Association and also served as a Baylor Athletic Performance coach for multiple teams. Will went on to complete an internship with the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl in football operations before joining IMG in 2015. In 2017, Will launched the Executive Image, an industry-leading professional presence and strategic communication training program.
TAI M. BROWN graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's of Arts in Finance and a Bachelor's of Arts in Communications in 2001, and received a Master's of Science in Education with an emphasis in Sport Management from Baylor University in 2004. Beginning his career in sports as an intern for the AFCA, Tai has progressed to the position of Director of Education where he is tasked with executing the purpose of the AFCA Education Division. In 2012, Tai became an entrepreneur by creating Spades Media Group - Roots of Wisdom, LLC. Specializing in solving personnel, logistical, facilities, and sponsor activation issues, the primary make-up of the Spades staff is entry-level aged workers.
