About the Author:

Andrea White has written three novels, historical fiction for middle-school students: Surviving Antarctica, Window Boy, and Radiant Girl. In 2004, Surviving Antarctica was selected for many state reading lists, including the Texas Bluebonnet. In 2005 Andrea won a Texas State Reading Association Golden Spur Award. She lives in Houston, Texas.
