About the Author:

Cheri Calcagno holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and Bachelor of Science in Exercise, Nutrition, and Wellness. She has worked extensively in health education as an educator and wellness coach, specializing in weight management and disease prevention. Cheri has consulted and delivered programs to a wide variety of audiences ranging from Fortune 500 companies and hospitals, to Mothers of Preschools groups and non-profits. She has a passion for teaching and motivating people to take care of themselves, enjoy life, and achieve their potential. Cheri resides in California with her husband and four children and is currently a health professor at Chabot College, as well as a writer and speaker through her company, Inspiring Health.
