About the Author:
Terry A. Selzer is an American attorney-at-law, admitted in the state of New York and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is head of Cross-Border Transactions at Stampe, Haume & Hasselriis, Copenhagen, Denmark. He has completed numerous cross-border transactions in Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Russia, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Also, he has been the managing director of a Danish company and its Polish subsidiaries to transform the former Gdansk Shipyard into a new part of the city.
Mr. Selzer is a co-chair of the Cross-Border Real Estate Practice Committee and a vice-chair of the International Investment and Development Committee, of the ABA International Section.
