About the Author:
Cindy Krafft, PT, MS, is president of Kornetti and Krafft Health Care Solutions. She works with agencies on developing their rehabilitation programs, training staff and management on appropriate therapy documentation, and providing therapy documentation audits so agencies can effectively navigate regulations and protect payment. She also serves as the president of the Home Health Section of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and has been chair of the NAHC Therapy Advisory Committee.
