About the Author
HARI GHOTRA is a chef trained at Michelin-starred Tamarind’s of Mayfair and the founder of the biggest Indian food digital platform in the UK (www.harighotra.co.uk), where she develops and features hundreds of easy-to-follow recipes, videos, and informative blog posts. Her work has appeared in Huffington Post, the Independent, and the Guardian, among many other media platforms. She lives in London.
