These verses are a healing song. They tell the story of a traumatic event in my life and how that became healed. Each poem is a story that either asks a question or answers one. It is a memoir of part of my life, the story of how I was able to heal myself. Sand Stone was started in 1975 at Brown University and never ends. It is a journey of unfolding. It reflects the power that great professors have on their students when we are searching for answers.
