Synopsis
As Paul pens his letter to the Romans, he naturally expresses the good news of salvation in a format suitable for his message, salvation for both Jews and Gentiles in the context of God's righteousness. To understand the letter's structure is to have valuable clues to the meaning of its message. Often this structure goes unrecognized and the light it can shed on the meaning is missed.
