About the Author:

Bonnie Matthews lost 130 pounds when she began healthy cooking, and freekeh was a huge part of her weight-loss transformation. She now runs Freekeh Foods, which grows and sells organic, non-GMO freekeh and is available in more than three hundred stores across the country, including Whole Foods and Wegmans. Matthews has appeared on The Dr. Oz Show sharing her weight-loss transformation story and is a Wellness Warrior blogger at doctoroz.com. She lives in Minneapolis, MN, United States.
