Do you live in a nuclear danger zone? Are Nuclear Power Plants vulnerable to terrorists? Zeppy Riley is a fictional account of a boy, Riley Giuseppe Van Lorne, whose father, Jonathon Van Lorne, was upset and disgusted about how the lacking, weak, United States government was handling the National defense. Thurston Beltow, Riley's grandfather, worked as the Vice President of the Stockton Nuclear Power Plant, located in Stockton, Pennsylvania. Jon worked as a supervisor in charge of security at the power plant. Things get interesting when Jon and some of his fellow workers, known as the Ratt Pack, remove government secured modules from the power plant. They are willing to negotiate with the Governor of Pennsylvania and the President of the United States for the return of the modules. Thurston finds that Zeppy Riley was being built, not as a mechanical device or machine, but as a human savior.
