Drawing from his boundless creativity and experience as a toy designer and photographer, David delights in the process of inventing these endearing characters and crafting stories that connect and inspire ― and remind us to gaze upon the world through a lens of childlike wonder.
David studied Industrial Design at the Rhode Island School of Design and has spent most of his career designing toys for LEGO and Hasbro. The seeds for Becorns were planted one day when, while sweeping his mother's driveway, he decided to collect the acorns and sticks and glue them together. That's when he realized he had all the building blocks he needed to create a mythical, magical world of acorn action figures having grand adventures.
