Then after three years contract at the Caravelle Hotel, he leaves with his wife Diane and their new born son noel to London England where he worked at the famous Savoy hotel, when in London goes to school to learn the English language ,which will allow him to go to Hong Kong for the opening of the British owned the Mandarin Hotel. After three years at the Mandarin Hotel, he opened with some Friends from Saigon which he knew when working there ,a restaurant called the Trou Normand in Kowloon side, a part Hong Kong the restaurant became famous ,and was frequented by residents of Hong Kong, and tourists from all over the world. Then his wife Diane interested in teaching yoga ,goes to India with her yoga teacher Indra Devi also called Mataji to meet a Swami in Bangalore south of India, which will change her life and also the life of Andre her husband when she return to Hong Kong with a message for him from the Swami also called SaiBaba.
