Synopsis
After Kannon and her friend and co-worker Silver, both Black Snipers assassins-for-hire, complete a job for a mysterious client, they stumble across a new gang that threatens the established order of the City of Laohz. Together with Liz, a Wraith hacker, they are pushed into the thick of the conflict that opposes the current government of the City, Kannon and Silver now must navigate the rising tensions in the city between the Rain Enforcers—the City of Laohz’s government and police force—and the Lolitrons—a gang that threatens to destroy the carefully cultivated balance between the Black Snipers. Following the breadcrumbs of clues and removing key figures from the gang’s hierarchy, they wade through blood and corpses to stop the guerrilla gang from plunging the city into chaos and stop the gang’s leader from destroying it all.
