Each year, the lives of thousands of men are negatively impacted by chronic disease and inactivity. Unless they modify their lifestyle, their later years will not be their golden years. But it doesn't have to be like that. This fifth edition helps these men who have been sedentary for twenty, thirty, and even forty or more years regain their energy and vitality. It provides in laymen's terms the answers and meanings of topics about health, fitness, physical activity, and nutrition that probably did not interest them before realizing their decreasing quality of life.
