Synopsis
भारत एक कृषि प्रधान देश है तथा इसकी दो तिहाई आबादी गांवों में निवास करती है। इस ग्रामीण आबादी में भी अधिकांश लोग कृषि पर निर्भर रहकर जीवन यापन करते हैं । इसके लगभग 70 प्रतिशत लोग किसान हैं, उनमें भी अधक्टर लोग लघु जोतों के किसान हैं जिनका जीवन यापन बड़ी मुश्किल से हो पता है।कृषि के साथ साथ ये लघु कृषक अपने परिवार का पालन पोषण करने के लिए मजदूरी करके जीवन यापन करते हैं। अभी तक गांवों में शिक्षा तथा रोजगार का आभाव है जिस कारण वे शहरों की ओर पलायन करने को मजबूर हो रहे हैं। जिसका जीता जागता उदाहरण गत दिवसों कोरोना काल में प्रवासी मजदूरों की घर वापसी के समय देखने को मिला था।सरकार द्वारा किसानों के हित में क्या क्या योजनाएं बनाई है तथा उनका जमीनी स्तर पर कितना काम हुआ है इस पर भी हम विचार करेंगे। साथ ही ग्रामीण विकास पर भी हम नज़र डालकर उसकी जमीनी हक़ीक़त की जानकारी लेंगे।यहाँ हम भारतीय किसान की हालत, उनकी समस्याओं तथा सरकारी योजनाओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा करेंगे, साथ ही ग्रामीण विकास के बारे में भी जानकारी जुटाकर उन पर शोध पूर्ण सामिग्री के साथ उन सबसे समाज को अवगत कराएंगे।
