Synopsis
Five young ladies come to Cordova to start new lives. They all hope to find love and handsome gentleman to fall in love with. They don’t expect to find any hardships along the way, but no one can predict the future.
Mattie O’Hara comes to stay with her aunt and uncle who run the mercantile. She catches the eye of several men in town, including the handsome deputy who was just hired to help out the sheriff.
Nora Kennedy was hired to become a nurse to help out the Doctor and his wife who have just adopted a baby. She loves the new town and is really impressed by the sheriff when she meets him. He seems so kind and nice to everyone in town.
Three women were coming as Mail Order Brides by the mayor of the town. Marta Hemming was asked to be the bride of the livery owner, Hershal Kerrington. Marta was thirty and felt she was an old maid, and this was her last chance at love.
