There have always been those who think doing a good job entails doing it safely and getting along with your coworkers, but those are not enough. You have to meet a fourth requirement, which is not part of any job description: they want you to accept their abuse and harassment while you do your job, become their Stepin Fetchit, their "slave." Now the African people were brought to America in the 1500s with chains around their necks, and here we are at the 21st century, and yet they are trying to bring back some of the elements of the horrors of that time---to me. For two years and six months, I was subjected to psychological torture/terrorism: segregation, favoritism, profiling, stereotyping, harassment, depraved indifference, attempted murder, sexual harassment, slave labor / wage and hour violations, extortion, conspiracy, slavery, kickbacks, violation of the RICO Act, and discrimination. From May 2011 to January 2014, violations of the Jim Crow laws were also inflicted on me at Chevron Oil Refinery. These are the war crimes that were committed against me in an attempt to deprive me of my human rights! "Keep the body, take the mind!" In other words, break the will to resist.
