About the Author

Cary Edwards has been lecturing in Film Studies since 2005. Having developed an unhealthy love of cinema during childhood he transferred this into the academic world by completing the MA Film Studies at The University of East Anglia in 2002 and then a PhD from the Lincoln School of Film and Media, University of Lincoln. He has written for Horror Homeroom, Bright Lights Film Journal, spoken at film conferences and blogs at www.cary-edwards.com
