"The Lucky Hermit Crab and Her Swirly New Shell" is the recipient of a distinguished starred Kirkus Review and is a Mom's Choice Gold Award recipient. When the lucky hermit crab outgrows her favorite, swirly shell, will she be able to let go of her special seashell to find a bigger one that will keep her safe and comfortable? This is Petrie's fourth illustrated children's book in her Seatales Sea Animal series. Each book in this series is a rhyming adventure, with brightly colored illustrations that bring to life authentic tales of what really happens at the edge of the sea. Petrie's books are perfect for ages three through ten, but most adults are surprised at how much they learn from reading these stories, too!
