Synopsis

Andre and Noyemi host a party welcoming their cousin Zorab, who is visiting from Armenia. With the help of Grandpa and their friends, they prepare a traditional Armenian barbecue and learn about different musical instruments. When cousin Zorab is overwhelmed by the party, Andre and Noyemi are eager to figure out the best way to help their cousin and teach their guests about neurodiversity.

About the Authors

Narine Minasyan is a proud Los Angeles native. She graduated from UCLA with degree in English Literature and a minor in Film & Television. She's spent years working in television fine tuning her story telling skills. Her love for her big Armenian family has been the source of motivation in sharing her culture, food and music with her readers. Narine loves to read to her kids and hopes to continue creating an Armenian presence in American Literature.

Dr. Agnesa Papazyan, Psy.D., aka Dr. Aggie, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in working with neurodivergent children. Dr. Aggie completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA and earned her doctorate from the University of La Verne, CA "The Adventures of Andre and Noyemi, Jan Pari!" is her debut in co-authoring a children's book in hopes to continue educating and bringing awareness for neurodiverse families seeking inclusion.

Evelina Kazaryan is an accomplished illustrator and Los Angeles native. She eloquently blends fine art, illustration and fashion with her hypnotic use of watercolors. She is excited to return to her beloved characters as they explore and share their Armenian culture!
