About the Author:

Jane Alexander is a journalist and author of over 20 nonfiction titles in the fields of well-being, natural health, and mind/body/spirit. She has monthly columns in several UK magazines, is a frequent guest on television and radio programs, and is quoted in the press as an expert on natural health and alternative spirituality. She has also ghosted several books for celebrity authors and writes novels for teens. Jane's blog, Diary of a Desperate Exmoor Woman (exmoorjane.blogspot.com), has a large and enthusiastic following, and was shortlisted for the Author Blog Awards in 2010. She lives in Exmoor, England.
