About the Author
Jean Adrienne is the developer of the InnerSpeak™ Breakthrough Coaching and Therapy Process, as well as being an author, radio show host, world traveler and financially independent entrepreneur. Her passion is creating Quantum Change in her own life and she loves to share that with others, assisting them to do likewise.

Welcome to my workshop. I've cleaned and organized my tools so that you can find everything you need, and I am happy to let you borrow this space while you are settling into this "Great Shift". You are welcome to use all the materials as well so that you can build yourself a grand new reality. My workshop is your workshop! The only thing I ask is that you stay really present while you work, because these are power tools you will be using, after all.
This workshop has a unique power generation system--the frequency of love. Love is a vibration, outside the range of the human ear. It's a tone in the 16th harmonic, and it is the frequency of life, of creation. All the power tools in my shop plug into this generator, and the supply is unlimited, the cost is free.
We are in interesting times. Things are moving so quickly, and energy supports our creations. We are making things happen with our minds, and some of us are creating our worst nightmares without realizing it. We have no one to blame but ourselves. At other times we are creating our heart's desires without even trying. Our old pal, time lag, has gone on extended vacation. He used to save us when we thought those thoughts that had the potential to wreak havoc, and now either havoc or heaven waits for a crack in our mental space.
Interestingly enough, we come here, take on physicality and "borrow" these bodies to live our lives and learn lessons that can only be learned this way, but we don't bring an owner's manual with us. It would appear we forgot to pack it in our bag of tricks! This book is designed to fill in the blanks as you become more and more awake and realize that perhaps you need a little guidance along the way.
We stand at the portal of a new reality. It has been prophesied for eons, with the most famous one being the Mayan calendar. Why would anyone want to miss out on every possible aspect of this great shift? Yet a huge percentage of the population of the planet is still sleepwalking, blissfully unaware of pure potential and completely convinced that they are the victim of "the powers that be". They have no clue that with a sudden change of mind, they could win the lottery!
Most of us would like to be able to manifest everything we want--like winning the lottery, new cars, the love of our life, etc. If we could figure out how to do it, we would already have it all. The "how" just seems to be outside our reach, and we get discouraged and give up.
Personally, I got tired of haphazard creation. After studying metaphysics for many years, I knew that I was the only one making things happen in my life, so I reached a point where I was ready to take responsibility for it all--the good, the bad, the ugly. This commitment brought me a breakthrough. I opened to a new level of listening and a new category of experience. I had to find a new set of tools in order to make things happen when I wanted them to. And I had to learn how to use them, because the owner's manuals didn't always translate correctly. Some of the tools I found didn't even have manuals. So my first creation had to be this Owner's Manual.
