About the Author
Owen Morgan grew up in Cowbridge and continues to live in south Wales. He and his brother Tom are two of the most knowledgeable and passionate people talking about Spanish food in the UK. They have 20 years experience in the restaurant business with their group of Bar 44 restaurants and strong connections to the food and sherry industries in Spain. Bar 44 also imports its own brand olives and sherry—Owen is an International Sherry Educator—and runs educational food and drink tours for private individuals and Bar 44 online cook-alongs. Gifted chefs, their delicious recipes are accompanied by sumptuous colour photography.
