Linda Strachan is an award-winning author of over 70 books, including the bestselling Hamish McHaggis series, novels for older children and many educational titles. Darren Gate is an illustrator and graphic designer based in Glasgow. He won the Kelpies Design and Illustration Prize in 2016, and was shortlisted for the Bologna Children�s Book Illustration Prize.
