About the Author:

John L Marriotti is President and CEO of the The Enterprise Group, time-shared executive advisors providing strategic, marketing and operational consulting and advisory services. An experienced executive, he serves on five corporate boards and was formerly President of Huffy Bicycles and Rubbermaid Office Products Group. He is is author of seven business books including Marketing Express and Smart Things to Know About Brands as well as a novel, The Silence. He has written over 200 columns and features for publications as diverse as The American Management Association, Management Centre Europe and Executive Excellence. He is an interntionally recognised speaker and consultant and holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Engineering.
